PRS / Paul Reed Smith 513 - Ltd Edition, 25th Anniversary model. 10 top

Only a small number of 2010's 25th Anniversary 513 model were produced. We haven't been able to confirm the exact number, but we believe it was a limited edition of 300, across just eight color options. All were 10 tops, our example here finished in the ever-popular Whale Blue.

Limited edition

With its dedicated 513 pickups, with 5-way blade selector and 3-way mode switching, (heavy humbucker/clear humbucker/singlecoil), the 513 was already one of the most sonically wide-ranging electric guitars ever conceived, but PRS bumped the 513's features and styling up even more with the limited edition 25th Anniversary model.

10 Top

A bound fingerboard; a unique, great feeling Anniversary neck carve, slightly narrower than a stock 513 model, (in-between a regular and narrow profile, but still classed as wide/fat); shadow birds; 10" fingerboard radius; flame Maple 10 top... it's a mighty impressive guitar!

Mother-of-pearl

Other Anniversary perks: mother-of-pearl eagle and 25th headstock inlays; scalloped nut; and the extremely swish 25th Anniversary white hard shell case, (see pic # 8).

Standard 513 features include a Mahogany neck, with a 22-fret Rosewood board, Mahogany body, carved Maple top, PRS Phase II locking tuners and more.
