While we are the exclusive Australian agent for new Rick Turner Guitars, this is a (barely) used Model One that we originally ordered in as a custom build, for a Just Guitars customer in Sydney, back in 2017.
Absolutely immaculate!
You very nearly need a magnifying glass to discern that this isn’t a brand new guitar. Absolutely immaculate! It might be hard to tell exactly how clean this guitar is from our photos, but the deliciously dark ‘Translucent Deep Maroon’ finish – think extra dark Oxblood – was incredibly hard to photograph. (We had to make all of the photos slightly lighter than the guitar is in real life, otherwise there’d have been nothing to see!) And the French polish lustre caused reflections galore. We just couldn’t win.
Lindsey Buckingam model
The 1-C-LB is the Lindsey Buckingam Model One, outfitted with its famous ‘Hot Humbucker’, coil-tap, and 18v D-TAR Eclipse pre-amp, (with parametric EQ). The music you will make with this guitar will be a life changing experience.

Each Model One is hand-crafted at the Rick Turner facility in Santa Cruz, California, by Rick’s hand-picked ensemble of dedicated luthiers. There’s no knocking out three-thousand guitars a day here – every Model One has a build time of around ten to twelve weeks. Total dedication to perfection!
